To continually
revise our corporate governance policies and ensure that they are in
line with internationally accepted best practices

responsibilities, authority levels, and lines of reporting

due to Mahaweli Complex power stations to 2 per year
- To modernize all generation stations to
internationally accepted standards embracing appropriate
state-of-the-art technology
- To automate key Management Information
systems such as accounting, salary payment, maintenance
management, and inventory systems
- To maximize turnover through minimizing
operating costs and maximizing energy generation efficiency
